Subtotal (Repeat) Free Gift Method

Rewards customers with free gift products based on their cart’s total value. When a customer’s cart subtotal reaches a specified amount, they are eligible to receive one or more free products.

As the cart subtotal increases, customers unlock additional gifts in repeated increments.

Scenario:

This offer: The more you spend, the more gifts you get!

✅ Spend $100 ➔ Get 2 FREE Water Bottles
✅ Spend $200 ➔ Get 4 FREE Water Bottles
✅ Spend $300 ➔ Get 6 FREE Water Bottles

Add the product(s) based on the above scenario to the cart 🛒, then click “View Cart” to see your free gift(s) in action!

How to Create This Rule in Admin

To set up the Subtotal (Repeat) free gift rule in your store:

✅ Step 1: Go to Woo Free Gift → Rules
From your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to the Free Gift menu and open the Rules tab.

✅ Step 2: Click "Add Rule"
This opens the rule builder.

✅ Step 3: Select the “Subtotal (Repeat)” Method

  • From the Method dropdown, choose Subtotal (Repeat).

  • The form will update based on your selection.

✅ Step 4: Configure the Rule

  1. Quantities & Settings

    • Subtotal Amount: Set to 100

    • Get: Set to 2
      🔁       This means customers receive 2 gifts per $100 spent (repeating).
    • Enable Same Gift Option: Customers can pick the same gift multiple times.
  2. Product – Get

    • Under Include Products, select Water Bottle (or any gifts you'd like to offer).

✅ Step 5: Save the Rule
Click “Save Changes” to activate your rule.

🛠️ When a customer's cart subtotal reaches the threshold:

    • A gift selector appears at the bottom of the Cart page.

    • They can choose gifts based on how much they've spent.
      (E.g., $300 = 6 free Water Bottles 🎁)
